I have a question. I have read a few sites that say 2 make a paste with the cinnamon & honey while others say u put the 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in a cup with put water & boil. Then cover for 30 mins. afterwaters add honey 2 cool cinnamon water & sip. I really want 2 lose weight & well I hope this might be it. I’ve been doing it 4 a wk now since I saw ur video a wk ago. I’ve been boiling the cinnamon in the water then adding the honey. Is this right? So far I’ve lost 3 lbs. God bless u. :0)

Sorry, I just saw your question tonight!!! Yes I have tasted the Raw Honey now, and it seems a little sweeter to me. Just a slightly different taste.

So now I saw the Raw Honey and the Raw How ithe Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen. That’s where I was kind of stuck because I just didn’t know which one to choose. The Royal Jelly one costs the most at abot 23.00 while the Raw Honey was 12.99. Which one do I get??
